The item must be unused

The item must be in its original packaging

The item must be in the same condition that you received it

Because our products are oral care items, opened or used products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
